The Executive Governor of Anambra State has given the green light for the immediate recruitment of various officers into the state civil service. This 2024 recruitment is open to qualified candidates who are interested in working with the Anambra State Government. Anambra State Civil Service Recruitment 2024 Requirements
- Applicants must be Nigerian citizens and of Anambra State origin.
- Possess a valid means of identification such as a NIN slip, national ID card, voter’s card, driver’s licence, or international passport.
- Hold a degree (second class lower), HND/OND (lower credit), or NCE (merit).
- Have SSCE (WAEC, NECO, GCE, or its equivalent) with not more than two sittings, including English and Mathematics.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate or NYSC Exemption Letter.
- Be computer-literate (this is an added advantage).
- Be between the ages of 18 and 45 years old.
- Be ready to work in whichever Local Government they are posted within the State.
How to Apply for Anambra State Civil Service Recruitment 2024
Candidates should visit the Anambra State Government CSC application portal at https://anambrastate.gov.ng/ to sign up and begin the application process. Candidates will need to fill out the application form with the required information and upload their documents and academic qualifications, including CV, a recent passport photograph, and other relevant professional documents.
Candidates should note that the vacant positions they select determine the academic qualifications they must upload. Candidates are advised not to submit multiple applications, as this will lead to disqualification. Each candidate should apply for only one position. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. The recruitment process is free, and no payments should be made to anyone. Candidates caught making payments will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Shortlisted candidates whose names appear on the list must attend the interview with the originals and photocopies of their First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC), WAEC, NECO, or its equivalent, Birth Certificate, First Degree Certificate or its equivalent, NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate, Local Government of Origin Certificate, ID card, and one recent coloured passport photograph.
