Caribbean School of Health Technology, Ogijo 2024/2025 Admission Form

Caribbean School of Health Technology, CHST, Ogijo, Ogun State admission for 2024/2025 academic session is open. Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates into the following programmes:

Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM) – 4 years

Diploma in Community Health (CHEW) – 3 years

Diploma in Dental Surgery Technician –  years

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician – 3 years

Certificate in Junior Community Health (JCHEW) – 2 years

Direct entry into CHEW by JCHEW certificate holders – 2 years

CHST Ogijo Admission Requirements

• Applicants must possess a minimum of Five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings.
• Applicants must have sat for UTME conducted by JAMB into any university
• Applicants who possess relevant Diploma and Technician Certificates with minimum of Upper Credit from recognized tertiary institution plus the requirements above shall be admitted into 200 Level of the programme.
• Holders of Higher Diploma Certificate with minimum of Lower Credit from recognised tertiary institution plus the first requirement will be admitted into 300 Level of the programme.

Interested applicants should apply online by visiting the CSHT portal at https://csht.edu.ng or visit the temporary site 2 Greenfield/CRT Road, Abafon bye-pass, Ogijo, Ogun State.

The applicant will be notified about the screening date, venue, and time after successful registration, and payment of the application fee. Only qualified candidates will be given admission into the College.
