Dental Therapy, Medical Statistic, Prosthetics & Orthotics Technology | GCE O’Level with minimum of five (5) Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, and Physics. 2 years |
Community Health, Medical Rehabilitation, Occupational Health, Nutrition and Dietetics | GCE O’Level, WASC, SSCE or equivalent with credits in English Language, Biology, and any 2 subjects from Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Food & Nutrition, 2 Social Science subjects, and at least a pass in Mathematics, plus pass in JAMB. 2 years |

How to Apply
Application forms are available at the College premises for N10,000. You can also visit https://cchste.edu.ng website and click on the Apply button and submit your applications.
After making the payment at the bank, return the deposit slip to the Account officer and Collect the application form from the College Admission Officer. Fill it out and submit, and wait for further instructions through SMS.
