College of Nursing and Midwifery Gezawa sale of form 2024/2025 is ongoing for Post Basic Nursing programme, Community Nursing, Community Midwifery and Post Basic Midwifery programmes.
College of Nursing and Midwifery Gezawa Entry Requirements 2024/2025
- Applicants must posses five credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in their SSCE, WAEC, NECO, or GCE result in not more than two sittings.
- One Sitting in NABTEB.
- All Post Basic applicants must be Registered Midwife (RM) or Registered Nurse with Notification of Registration/Certificate and a valid practicing licence.
College of Nursing and Midwifery Gezawa Method of Application 2024/2025
Interested candidate can purchase the form at the College of Nursing and Midwifery Gezawa. The sales of admission forms will commence for 2024 and end for 2024 on the date indicated on the admission notification and application form. All applicants are expected to obtain their forms within the stipulated period of time at the College Nursing Sciences Kano State premises.
There is an application fee for each programme indicated on the application form for the School of Nursing and School of Midwifery.
All payments are to be made through the college account as indicated on the admission application form.

All students on registration must submit original copies and photocopies of the credentials earlier submitted along with the application form.
An applicant will not be registered if they have a name different from the name he/she gained admission with unless substantial evidence has been forwarded to and approved by the Principal.
