College of Nursing Sciences Emekuku Entry Requirements 2024/2025
Interested applicants should possess the following:
- Applicants must have 5 ordinary level subjects, with at least a credit in not more than two sittings.
- The subjects required are: Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
- Accepted examination bodies are WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB.
- For NABTEB, the result is accepted only in one sitting.
College of Nursing Sciences Emekuku Method of Application 2024/2025
Interested candidates should obtain the application form from the College of Nursing Sciences Emekuku. Candidates will need to pay their application fee (as indicated on the form) into the following account:

After payment, candidates should convert the bank teller or print-out into an official school receipt at the school’s account office.
Candidates who paid into the bank are to collect and fill out the forms at the College of Nursing Science Department Admission Block or Office.
Candidates should submit the filled form to the Admission Officer for verification and bring along the following documents:
- Two recent passport photographs
- O’level result (computer print-out or certificate)
- Birth certificate (from National Population Commission or court affidavit on age declaration)
- Testimonial (from secondary school)
- JAMB result slip
Photocopy the form, receipts of payment, and other documents and return the photocopied form and all other documents to the College of Nursing Science Department.

College of Nursing Sciences Emekuku Entrance Examination Date 2024/2025
The Post-UTME entrance exam date is indicated on the admission form.
