The Department of Nursing, College of Nursing Sciences, University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), Benin City announces 2024 entrance exam. Entrance examination is open into the College of Nursing Sciences, University of Benin Teaching Hospital.
Applications are open for suitably qualified candidates to apply for the entrance examination for admission into the Department of Nursing Sciences. This exam is scheduled for 2024 (on the date indicated on the application form) and is for an 18 months Post-Registration Nursing Programme, leading to the award of the Registered Nurse Certificate (RN).
College of Nursing Sciences UBTH Entry Requirements 2024/2025
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Five credit passes, obtained in no more than two sittings, in WASCE/GCE/NECO. Subjects required are English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
- Applicants must also hold either a Registered Midwifery (RM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) Certificate.
College of Nursing Sciences UBTH Method of Application 2024/2025
The application forms are available online on the UBTH portal at https://conubth.edu.ng. A non-refundable fee is required, payable to UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) via the Remita platform at any commercial bank under the service type “Training School-Department of Nursing, College of Nursing Sciences.”
Applicants must pay N500 in addition to the Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee Edo State, Account No. 2004854377, First Bank of Nigeria.

Applicants should upload their O-level results, Midwifery or Psychiatric certificates, and submit completed application forms.
The forms must also include details such as age, state of origin, local government area, schools attended, and qualifications obtained. Address applications to the Head of Department, UBTH College of Nursing Sciences.
