- Must be eligible Nigerians residing in Delta.
- Have at least five O’ Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.
- Induction into the Nigerian Teachers Registration Council (TRCN) is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
- Minimum requirements include NCE, B.Sc. Ed, B.Ed, BA Ed., BSC/PGDE, BA/PGDE, B.Tech/PGDE, B.Eng/PGDE, HND/PGDE, NCE/BA, NCE/B.Sc, NCE/B.Tech, NCE/B.Eng.
- Applicants should be between ages 18 and 45 years.
- A Certificate of Discharge or Exemption from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is required.
