Ebonyi State University (EBSU), Abakaliki, has opened the supplementary admission process for the 2024/2025 academic session. This opportunity is available for candidates who chose EBSU as their first choice during the 2024/2025 UTME. Eligible candidates must have scored at least 140 in their UTME and possess the necessary O’level credits required for university admission.
How to Apply for the Supplementary Admission
- Go to the official EBSU website at portal.ebsu.edu.ng.
- Pay a supplementary application fee of ₦10,050.00. On the portal, click on “Supplementary Application,” input your JAMB registration number, and click “Login” to generate the payment invoice.
- Payment can be made through various methods, such as ATM Cards, POS, or bank transfer.
- You can also visit the bank with the generated invoice for payment.
- After making the payment, return to the EBSU portal and fill out the supplementary admission form. Ensure that all fields are properly filled before submission.

- Application Start Date: Friday, 7th October 2024
- Application End Date: Tuesday, 7th November 2024

No supplementary admission for certain courses. Supplementary admission is not available for the following programs:
- Law
- Medicine and Surgery
- Anatomy
- Physiology
- Medical Laboratory Sciences
- Nursing Sciences
EBSU Cut-off Mark
- Candidates applying for Civil Engineering must have a UTME score of at least 160.
- For Chemical Engineering and Electrical/Electronics Engineering, a score of 150 is required.
- For Environmental Sciences programs, the minimum score is 140.
Ensure all fields in your application form are properly filled to avoid disqualification.
Only candidates who meet the cut-off marks and other admission requirements will be considered for supplementary admission.
No candidate will be cleared for admission without evidence of payment of the supplementary application fee.
