The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) recruitment exercise is ongoing and the form is out. Interested people are invited to apply for FIRS recruitment 2024. FIRS Recruitment Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants must be Nigerian citizens.
• Applicants must be under 35 years old at the time of application.
• Required academic qualifications are a minimum of HND, B.Sc., NCE, or OND from an accredited institution is required.
• Interested candidates must have at least five (5) credits in the General Certificate of Education, West African Senior School Certificate, or National Examination Council (NECO) in no more than two sittings.
• Computer literacy is an added advantage. The FIRS expects applicants to be skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and other relevant programs.
• Applicants should have a good knowledge of Nigerian tax laws.
• Applicants must NOT have a record of any felony convictions.
• Candidates must not have any physical constraints, and a medical fitness certificate from any government-recognised hospital must is required.
• Proof of identification, including candidates’ NIN.
• Candidates must have integrity and a strong desire to excel professionally, as well as possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Visit the FIRS online application portal at www.firs.gov.ng/careers
• Sign up with your correct information
• Click on the available slot for the Federal Inland Revenue Service
• Fill in all required information and double-check them carefully
• Submit your FIRS application online

You cannot submit multiple applications as it will lead to an automatic disqualification. Also, make sure you apply for only one position. The application form for the Federal Inland Revenue Service is free, and is done online via the FIRS portal www.firs.gov.ng/careers.
