How 2.5M Nigerians Benefit from LEEP Job Program

FG LEEP Empowers Nigerian Youth with Jobs and Skills

The Labour Employment and Empowerment Program (LEEP) is making remarkable strides in addressing unemployment in Nigeria. This initiative focuses on bridging the gap between job seekers and employers, providing access to global job opportunities and fostering entrepreneurial growth.

Through the National Electronic Labour Exchange (NELEX), LEEP creates a centralized job market to streamline employment connections. Additionally, it organizes job fairs, offering job seekers direct interaction with potential employers.

The program also prioritizes skills and entrepreneurial training, equipping participants with the tools needed to thrive in competitive markets. To date, over 2.5 million Nigerian youths have benefited from LEEP, gaining critical skills and support to secure meaningful employment.

With its innovative approach, LEEP continues to reshape Nigeria’s labor market, empowering the youth and creating a sustainable pathway to economic growth.
