Jigawa State College of Nursing Sciences Birnin Kudu Entry Requirements 2024/2025
To be eligible for admission into the General Nursing Education Programme of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, applicants must have the following:
- A Senior Secondary School Certificate or Testimonial.
- A minimum of five O’ level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, obtained in no more than two sittings in NECO, WAEC, or NABTEB (single sitting).
- Post Basic Nursing applicants must have a certificate of registration, notification, and licence from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

Application forms can be obtained from the Jigawa State College of Nursing Sciences Birnin Kudu portal at https://jisconm.edu.ng.
Payment should be made through Remita. After completing the application, candidates should print the Acknowledgment Slip, which will serve as an identity for the CBT entrance examination.

Only successful candidates will be invited for an interview. The application forms are on sale yearly, and the process is ongoing for 2024 as announced on the school’s portal. Entrance exams/interviews be held after the registration in 2024, with the session beginning after. Successful candidates will be notified of when to resume.
