The Management of Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) is inviting interested candidates to submit their applications for 2024/2025 academic session into two years National Diploma Programme in Health Information Management at the School of Health Information Management (SHIM). The sales of form commences from 1st April to 5th June, 2024.
School of Health Information Management JUTH Admission Requirements 2024/2025
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Must be holders of WAEC, SSCE, NECO, or GCE at Ordinary Level with five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and any other relevant subject.
- Candidates with a National Certificate in Health Information Management and Biostatistics with evidence of completion of one year of relevant work experience in a reputable Health Institution/Organization will be considered.
- Candidates with Certificate in Health Information Technology from a recognized School of Health Technology can also be considered.
School of Health Information Management JUTH Method of Application
Application forms are obtainable from the office of the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC) JUTH, at a non-refundable fee of N7,000. Payment is to be made through Remita in any commercial Bank and the payment slip be submitted to Accounts Department for collection of the original receipt.
The applicant should submit completed forms to the office of the School Coordinator at JUTH on or before 30th June, 2024.

Only eligible applicants will be invited for a written and oral interview. The written and oral interview will take place in July, 2024 by 8.00 am prompt at the Teaching Hospital.
