This is to inform the general public that the Kwara State College of Nursing Sciences, Oke-Ode, has released its application form for the 2024/2025 academic session for admission into Basic Nursing programme. Interested applicants are to visit the school portal to obtain the form online.
Kwara State College of Nursing Oke-Ode Admission Requirements 2024/2025
Candidates must meet the following requirements to apply:
- Candidates must have at least five O’ Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology obtained in no more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- Accepted combinations are WAEC and WAEC, WAEC and NECO, or NECO and NECO
- NABTEB results must be from one sitting
- A minimum score of 180 in JAMB
- Candidate must visit JAMB approved CBT Centre for change of institution to College of Nursing Sciences Oke-Ode
How to Apply for Kwara State College of Nursing Oke-Ode Admission 2024/2025
Interested applicants should visit KWCONOO admission portal at https://portal.kwconoo.edu.ng, click on Applicant Form, and fill out the required information such as name, email, and phone number.
The candidate will be required to pay the 2024 KWCONOO application fee (as indicated on the admission form) using their ATM card. After payment, an Application Number will be generated, which will be used to complete the application.
The applicant should go back to the portal homepages at portal.kwconoo.edu.ng and click on Applicant Login, and log into their account. Here, they are to provide their personal details, choose a programme, upload O’ Level results, upload passport photograph, and attestation.
The applicant should click on Print Out to print their documents, including the Application Form and Payment Receipt.

Kwara State College of Nursing Oke-Ode Entrance Exam Date and Venue
The entrance examination will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and will take place for 2024 on the exact date indicated on the Application Slip printout. The venue for the exam is the CBT Centre at Kwara State College of Nursing and Sciences, Oke-Ode.
KWCONOO exam will start at 8:00 am. The exam schedule is written on the printed Application Slip containing the candidate’s information.
The list of successful candidates admitted into the College for the 2024/2025 session will be published on the School’s website. Candidates will also be notified about their admission status.
