The State Government has launched the ARISE Youth Employment Portal, a digital platform designed to help unemployed and underemployed youth in Akwa Ibom State. This initiative offers access to job opportunities in both the public and private sectors. It also serves as a central hub for job creation, wealth generation, and provides a pool for training, funding, and other forms of support to enhance employability.
The platform includes sections for job listings, candidate profiles, and application tracking. It also provides resources and a help section to guide users through the registration and job application process. All job postings on the portal are verified to ensure legitimacy, safeguarding candidates from scams. Employers must meet strict verification standards before being allowed to post job vacancies.
