All intending interns must have graduated and obtained their professional licences from the relevant Council.
How to Apply for Lagos University Teaching Hospital Internship 2024
Interested candidates should visit the LUTH website at https://luth.gov.ng and click on Apply on the internship form. Or, the candidate can visit the School Administration Building, Lagos University Teaching Hospital.
A completed internship application form in which all photocopies of credentials and passport photograph should be attached should be forwarded to:

The application should be submitted in not later than 6 weeks from the date of the internship advertisment.
The applicant is required to attach all necessary credentials including:
- Application letter
- Curriculum Vitae
- Passport photograph
- Licence/registration
- Degree certificate or Notification (Statement) of result
- WAEC/O’level certificate
- First school leaving certificate
- L.G.A identification letter
- Birth certificate or Statutory declaration of age
- Two recommendation letters
LUTH Internship Entrance CBT/Interview 2024
Qualified candidates will be invited for the 2024/2025 Lagos University Teaching Hospital internship entrance CBT/interview.
- Exam Date: 2024 (as indicated on the notification)
- Time: 7:00 a.m.
- Venue: LUTH CBT Centre
