The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Youth Internship Scheme shortlisted candidates 2024 list is out. Those who registered for the scheme are urged to check if they have been selected as the process of selection is complete.
The NDDC has drawn the final list of NYIS beneficiaries from its official database and only those that were duly registered between August 5, 2024, when the registration was formally launched and August 31, 2024, when it closed, will be considered.
Is NDDC Youth Internship Scheme Shortlist 2024 Out?
NDDC Youth Internship Scheme 2024 list of successful candidates is officially out on the NDDC NYIS portal. Recall that this program is part of the NDDC’s ongoing effort to empower 10,000 youths from the Niger Delta region, pay them 50,000 naira monthly, and provide them with skills enhancement opportunities in different fields such as technology, music and arts, agriculture, finance, automotive, community service, teaching, hospitality, and marine industries.
The NDDC introduced the NYIS scheme to help empower youths from the Niger Delta region.
NDDC has shortlisted applicants for the Youth Internship Scheme where 10,000 youths will receive a monthly stipend of 50,000 Naira. The selection process for the beneficiaries of the Youth Internship Scheme has been completed by Angala Fintech, the lead consultant.
How to Check NDDC Youth Internship Shortlisted Candidates 2024
Candidates who applied for the NDDC N50,000 Youth Internship Scheme program should check their application status on the NDDC NYIS portal at https://nyis.nddc.gov.ng. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email containing instructions on how to log in to the NDDC NYIS portal using their registration number and a unique code.
During the 12-month internship period, interns will receive a monthly stipend of N50,000 for a year.

Shortlisted candidates are advised to regularly check their email for updates on their training date, venue, disbursement, and additional information on the internship process.
Candidates should note that the NDDC does not require any fees or payments for the placement of qualified youths in its internship programme.
