Ogun State SUBEB Recruitment Requirements 2024

Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Applicants must be citizens of Nigeria
  • Applicants must not be older than 35 years at the time of application
  • Applicants must have a minimum of five credits in SSCE, NECO, or GCE, including English and Mathematics. Candidates must also possess eligible academic qualifications such as the National Certificate in Education (NCE). NCE holders must have a certificate from the Nigerian Teachers Registration Council
  • Candidates with a B.Sc. or HND are also encouraged to apply, provided they have an NYSC certificate or discharge certificate
  • Applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic computer applications is an added advantage.
  • A valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license, national identity card, international passport, voter card, or national identification number, must be carried by all applicants
  • Applicants must have a clean criminal record
  • A fully completed and signed State of Origin Certificate and a birth certificate or age verification document are required

Candidates are to follow these steps to apply for the SUBEB job:

  • Go to the official Ogun SUBEB recruitment portal at https://subeb.ogunstate.gov.ng/.
  • Register an account with your personal information
  • Fill out the application form with your full name, permanent residence, local government of origin, email address, phone number, academic qualifications, institutions attended, course of study, date of birth, state of origin, and marital status
  • Upload the required documents and academic qualifications
  • Print out the registration slip

Candidates must note that any documents and academic qualifications submitted during registration match the ones that will be presented during the examination and interview stages. Applicants will be required to take a computer-based test (CBT) if they are successfully shortlisted.
