- Candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of computer applications is an added advantage

- Required academic qualifications include B.Sc, B.Ed, B.A (Ed), HND, OND, or NCE certificate from a recognized institution
- Must have SSCE, NECO, or GCE with credits in at least five subjects, including Mathematics and English

- Must possess an NYSC discharge certificate or exemption certificate for B.Sc and HND holders
