Osun State Schools of Nursing and Midwifery, Asubiaro, Osogbo 2024/2025 admission form is out. Applications are hereby invited from qualified candidates for admission into the following programmes of the Department of Nursing, Ministry of Health, Osogbo, State of Osun:
Basic General Nursing
Basic Midwifery
Post Basic General Nursing
Post Basic Midwifery
Osun State Schools of Nursing and Midwifery Osogbo Requirements 2024/2025
- Applicant must possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO with Five Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings
- Awaiting Result is accepted
- Minimum age for entry is 16 years old
- Post Basic applicant must be a Registered Midwife or Psychiatric Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) with a valid License.
Osun State Schools of Nursing and Midwifery Osogbo Method of Application 2024/2025
Interested applicants should visit the School e-portal at https://admission.schoolofnursingosogbo.ng and complete the application form online. The applicant will choose their preferred programme during the registration, and will be required to pay the 2024 application fee (the amount is indicated on the online application form).
After successful registration, the applicant should visit the portal again and click on Print Exam Slip to obtain the slip, which will be required to be allowed into the 2024 entrance examination. The 2024 entrance exam date, venue and time are indicated on the exam slip printout.
After the exam, there will be a ‘Weeding Test’ for those who scored 55% and above at the Schools of Nursing and Midwifery, Asubiaro, Osogbo premises.

Afternoon Session: 10:30am

2024 candidates will be able to check their results on the admission portal by clicking on Check Result on the menu section, entering their email address and clicking on Check Result to view.
Candidates should note that the State Ministry of Health does not authorise any agent to handle the admission process of prospective students into the State Schools of Nursing and Midwifery.
