- Applicants must be indigenes of Oyo State
- At least five (5) credits in O’Level results, including Mathematics and English Language, in not more than two sittings
- Applicants must possess a university degree in any field from a recognized institution. For some positions, a higher degree, such as a Master’s degree, may be required
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or have an exemption certificate.
- Applicants should be computer-literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Applicants must not be older than 35 years at the time of application
- Applicants with criminal records and no good character will be disqualified
- Must be medically fit and provide a certificate of medical fitness from a recognized government hospital.
- Two (2) recent passport photographs
- A valid means of identification, such as a National ID card, International Passport, or Driver’s License, is required
