Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme—Nigeria. The Federal Government has announced the Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme (PCGS) to support nano businesses across Nigeria. This initiative is part of the broader Presidential Palliative Program that will empower small-scale businesses with financial assistance to help them grow and sustain their operations.
Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme 2024
The grant provided under the PCGS is N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) per beneficiary. The government plans to reach one million nano businesses across the 774 local government areas in Nigeria.
The Federal Government is working closely with State Governments, Honourable Ministers, NASME (Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises), Senators, and House of Representatives members. These partners will use specific selection criteria to shortlist beneficiaries from their respective constituencies.
Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme Eligibility Requirements 2024
The scheme will target the following groups:
- 70% of the beneficiaries will be women and youth.
- 10% will be people with disabilities.
- 5% will be senior citizens.
- 15% will be allocated to other demographics.

Interested and qualified candidates are required to visit the official PCGS port at https://grant.fedgrantandloan.gov.ng/apply for for applications.
The Federal Government has urged all eligible beneficiaries who meet the selection criteria to reach out to their representatives for shortlisting.
Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme Disbursement Process and Payment Date 2024
The Federal Government has begun the disbursement process for the PCGS. While some beneficiaries have already received their grants, others will receive theirs later. Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme disbursements are ongoing, and not all applicants will receive their grants immediately.
More verified Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme applicants are receiving their grants. However, disbursements will continue beyond this date for those who have not yet received their funds.

- Scroll down and click on View Beneficiaries
- Click on your LGA
- Enter your BVN to see if your name is out
