RSIEC (Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission) has opened the adhoc staff recruitment portal for 2024 Local Government Councils Election. The Commission is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for recruitment as adhoc workers in the state on the 5th of October, 2024.

| Local Government Returning Officers (LGROs) | Candidates must possess a university degree and must be computer literate. Previous experience(s) on the job will be an added advantage. |
| Ward Returning Officers (WROs) | Candidates must possess a university degree and must be computer literate. Previous experience(s) on the job will be an added advantage. |
| Supervisory Presiding Officers (SPOs) | Candidates must possess a university degree and must be computer literate. Previous experience(s) on the job will be an added advantage. |
| Presiding Officers (POs) | Candidates must possess a university degree and must be computer literate. Previous experience(s) on the job will be an added advantage. |
| 2nd CATEGORY | |
| Polling Clerks (PCs) | Candidates with NCE, OND, WASC, GCE, SSCE, or NECO and must be computer literate. Previous experience(s) on the job will be an added advantage. |
| Assistant Poll Clerks (APCs) | Candidates with NCE, OND, WASC, GCE, SSCE, or NECO and must be computer literate. Previous experience(s) on the job will be an added advantage. |
Method of Application
Interested applicants are to fill application forms from the Commission’s website at www.rsiec.rv.gov.ng and upload copies of their credentials on or before Wednesday 18th September, 2024.
Follow theae steps to register on the RSIEC job portal as ADHOC staff:
1. Log-on to RSIEC website: www.rsiec.rv.gov.ng and click of Job Portal.
2. Navigate to the right top side of the screen and click on View Offer.
3. Click Apply Now for any position of your choice and complete the application form.
