College of Nursing Sciences, Calabar admission form 2024/2025 is on sale—Cross River. Admission for 2024/2025 academic session for ND (National Diploma) Nursing and Basic Midwifery is ongoing.
Please be informed that there is no online sale of forms for admission into the College of Nursing Sciences, Calabar. The forms for the ND and Basic Programmes are now available at the College Registry.
School of Basic Midwifery Moore Road Entry Requirements 2024/2025
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Possess five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, obtained in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in no more than two sittings.
- Have a valid 2024 JAMB result with a cut off mark/score of 150 or above, with the College of Nursing Sciences, Calabar (or any other related institution) listed.
School of Basic Midwifery Moore Road Method of Application 2024/2025
Candidates are required to visit the school to make a payment of the specified amount of money on the admission form into the College’s account at First Bank, account number 2031807641. Evidence of this payment must be presented at the College Bursary, along with N10,000 cash for handling charges.
Receipts obtained from the Bursary must then be presented to the Registry Department to collect the admission form.
The required documents for obtaining the admission form include First School Leaving Certificate, Age Declaration, LGA of Origin, and two passport-sized photographs. The closing date for application for 2024 is indicated on the admission form.

The screening venue will be at the College Premises, Opposite the Court, Moore Road, Calabar at 8:00 am time. School of Basic Midwifery Moore Road 2024 screening date is indicated on the form.
