Candidates who have been shortlisted for the next phase of the recruitment process must attend the specified venues with the following documents:
- Originals and photocopies of all academic certificates
- A printout of the application slip
- Four passport photographs
- A certificate of birth or declaration of age
- An authorized means of identification (e.g., National Identity Card, Driver’s License)
- A certificate of state of origin.
- A medical report from a government hospital
- Any other relevant certificates, if applicable
Candidates are to bring all original documents they submitted during the online application. Any candidate who fails to present the required documents exactly as uploaded during the registration at the screening center will be disqualified.

As the list is released, candidates can check for their names by following the steps below:
- Visit the Taraba State Civil Service Commission’s website or the state’s official website at https://csc.tr.gov.ng/
- Scroll down and click on Download Current List where you see “Taraba State Civil Service Commission Successful Applicants Current List”
- Open the PDF file and look for your name
Candidates whose names appear on the list have been selected for further recruitment processes that take place on dates and at centers announced by the state government.
The PDF list of shortlisted candidates may not always contain the most up-to-date information. Therefore, candidates are to REGULARLY check the official website for any updates regarding their status and the final list. If your name is on this list, you are required to report to the Taraba State Civil Service Commission with your original documents, photocopies, and account details for documentation, collection of appointment letters, and posting to your respective Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
