School of Midwifery, Usmanu Danfodio University Teaching Hospital, UDUTH, Sokoto admission form is out on sale.
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Basic (2 years) and Post Basic Midwifery Programmes, Usmanu Danfodio University Teaching Hospital, UDUTH, Sokoto.
Minimum Entry Requirement
- Candidate must have at least 5 Credits in WASC, SSCE, GCE, NABTEB, or NECO which should include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and English Language at not more than two sittings.
- Post Basic Midwifery applicants must be Registered Nurse with NMCN with a current practicing license, and at least one (1) year of Post Nursing qualification experience.
Method of Application
Interested candidates can obtain the application form online upon the payment of a non-refundable application fee of N7,000 through Remita.
Candidates are to visit www.remita.net and select Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto from the MDA (Ministry, Department, and Agencies) Remita Payment menu. Select UDUTH School of Midwifery under the Service and generate Remita (RRR).
The Remita receipt should be submitted to the School of Midwifery Accountant to obtain a Serial Number and PIN for registration.
The candidate can now visit UDUTH School of Midwifery online portal at https://spbm.uduth.org.ng and register with the serial number and PIN.

Candidates should bring along a clear printed coloured copy of their Application Form on the date of 2024 Entrance Exam. The date, venue, and time of the entrance exam are indicated on the form.
