UPTH Schools Admission Form Out 2024/2025 | How to Apply

The University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH) 2024/2025 admission is ongoing into the School of Post Basic Accident and Emergency Nursing and School of Post Basic Pediatric Nursing. All qualified applicants for admission in a 12-calendar month Post Basic Diploma Programme in Paediatric Nursing and Accident and Emergency Nursing are encouraged to apply before the 2024 deadline.

Admission Requirements 2024/2025

  • SSCE with 5 credits in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics not more than two sittings. (Combining WAEC and NECO is acceptable).
  • Applicants must be Registered Nurse or Midwife with a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience.
  • B.NSc. with a PGDE is an advantage.

Method of Application 2024/2025

Interested applicants are to pay a non-refundable fee N15,000 to Sterling Bank UPTH branch account no. 0029875947. The payment Teller/receipt will then be used to obtain the application form from the School of Post Basic Paediatric Nursing or Post Basic Accident and Emergency Nursing. Applicants can also visit the school website at https://upthng.com.

Completed application forms must be submitted on or before 16th August 2024. There will be Entrance Examination at the SPBNS auditorium in August 2024 for Paediatric Nursing and Accident and Emergency Nursing Programmes.

Applicants are to make necessary arrangements for their accommodation a feeding throughout the duration of the interview. Only qualified candidates will be after the entrance exams and oral interview will be admitted.
