The aim of this Commission is to create a favorable investment climate for both Nigerian and foreign investors. They also register and keep records of enterprises, identify investment projects, and organize promotional events. NIPC Recruitment Eligibility Requirements
- An applicant must be at least 18 years of age and not above the age of 45
- Must have a minimum educational qualification, for example, for a junior staff position, you must have a senior secondary school leaving Certificate with three credits and a pass in English Language obtained at not more than 2 sittings such as WAEC and NECO
- For senior staff positions, you must have an honors degree (not below Second Class) or its equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning
- Must possess a discharge/exemption certificate from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme
- Must not have criminal records
- Must have a very reliable referee
- Experience is an added advantage
- Be certified as physically and mentally fit by a recognized medical practitioner
- Applicants for technician or driver vacancies must possess a minimum of trade test or a current driving license

What’s the NIPC Grading of Employees Like?
The thing about the NIPC is that it grades employees based on experience and relevant qualifications. We majorly have the junior staff, senior staff, and management staff.
Again, for you to receive an appointment into the NIPC, you MUST meet the minimum requisite qualifications in terms of your education and experience as I have mentioned in the eligibility requirements section. This Commission takes recruitment very seriously, especially for the senior staff and management staff positions.
What to Expect as a Shortlisted Candidate
When you get hired for this job, you will have to go through a period of probation, which lasts for ONE year. It is only staff on transfer of service that are not put on probation before appointment confirmation by the NIPC. Also, make sure you give this job your best shot because it is your performance at the end of your probation that will determine if the NIPC should confirm your appointment, extend your probation period or terminate your appointment.
Your probation period can only be extended for a maximum of three months, after which the Commission will either confirm or terminate your appointment.
