ESUT Teaching Hospital Internship Eligibility Requirements 2024
- Candidates must hold a recognised university degree or its equivalent.
- A current temporary or practising licence issued by their respective registration council is required.
ESUT Teaching Hospital Internship Method of Application
Candidates are required to manually apply to the Office of the Medical Director. The application must include all the necessary credentials.
Applicants are to attach the following documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Passport photograph
- Application letter (with phone number)
- Affidavit of fact (stating no previous internship)
- Licence(s)
- Degree certificate or notification of results
- WAEC or O-level certificate
- First school leaving certificate or testimonial
- Local Government Area identification letter
- Three recommendation letters
- Birth certificate or statutory declaration of age
