Merit College of Nursing Sciences MCNS Orlu admission form for 2024/2025 academic session is out and on sale. Merit College of Nursing Sciences MCNS Orlu has announced the release of its admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session. Admission is merit-based into the School of Nursing and the School of Basic Midwifery.

Merit College of Nursing Sciences Orlu General Entry Requirements 2024/2025

  • Candidates must possess WAEC, GCE, or NECO certificates with credits in five subjects, including English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
  • Candidates who selected Merit College of Nursing Sciences, Umuowa, Orlu as their first choice in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are invited to the screening exercise.
  • A combination of WAEC and NECO results will be accepted, but NABTEB results cannot be combined with either of these two.
  • UTME candidates must have a minimum score of 150.
  • Applicants who did not select MCNS as their first choice but scored at least 150 may still apply, provided they update their institution selection on the JAMB website.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All applicants are required to present a state-issued ID card, driver’s licence, or passport.

Interested candidates should apply online at https://meritcollegeorlu.org/apply-form. They must pay the required processing fee as indicated on the application form.

Candidates are to note that admission forms are NOT available for purchase through any agents or external websites. Any attempt to do so is at the applicant’s risk.

Merit College of Nursing Sciences will review all applications and shortlist eligible candidates for an interview. The interview may be conducted either by phone or in person with a member of the academic team.

Successful candidates will be required to secure dormitory housing for their first year of study and pay the necessary fees for accommodation.
