Taraba State College Of Nursing & Midwifery (CONM) application forms for admission into Community Midwifery for 2024/2025 academic session are available for sale online.
The sales of admission forms shall commence from Tuesday 23rd July, 2024 to 23rd August, 2024.
Requirements
- Candidates must be indigenes of Taraba State
- Should possess four (4) Credits including English Language and Biology in their O’ level result -WAEC, NECO or NABTEB obtainable in not more than two sittings.
Mode Of Application
Interested candidates should visit the College website via https://www.tarabascnm.edu.ng and click on Portal in the menu section. Create an account on the college portal and make a non-refundable payment of N8,300 only for the application form via atm card.
Fill out the form and submit online. However, you can only use an unused scratch card that has not been used for more than three (3) times.
Print your Payment Slip, Application Form and Acknowledgement Letter. All applicants are to come along with their printed payment slip, scratch card and all other documents during the entrance examination for verification.
Taraba State CONM Community Midwifery Aptitude Test
The Aptitude Test will be held on Friday 23rd August, 2024.
Time: 8am
Venue: College premises
Qualified candidates should come along with their writing materials for the test for the test, and original documents for verification on the day of the aptitude test.
