Adazi-Nnukwu School of Post Basic Nursing 2024/2025 admission form is on sale for interested candidates. The Post Basic Nursing form for the College is now available for interested and qualified candidates to apply.

Post Basic Entry Requirements

  • Candidates must have at least five (5) credits in not more than two sittings. These credits should include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in WAEC, NECO, and/or NABTEB
  • Candidates can combine WAEC/WAEC, NECO/NECO, WAEC/NECO
  • NABTEB cannot be combined with WAEC or NECO. If using NABTEB, all required credits must be from that exam
  • Candidates must present the original WAEC/NECO or NABTEB certificate or a computer printout. Awaiting results are not accepted
  • Testimonial must be obtained from the school where candidates completed their WAEC/NECO
  • Birth certificate MUST be issued by the National Population Commission, a government hospital, or an age declaration from a court
  • Candidates must have completed a three-year Basic Midwifery or Psychiatric Nursing program and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Midwife or Psychiatric Nurse
  • A valid practicing license is required
  • A minimum of one year post-clinical experience in the relevant area

Post Basic Nursing Method of Application 2024/2025

Candidates are to visit https://www.consa.edu.ng/apply_process.php to apply and pay a non-refundable fee as indicated on the application form into the school’s bank account, which is Uzondu Microfinance Bank, Account Name – College Of Nursing Sciences Adazi-nnukwu and Account Number – 1100635153.

Candidates are to pay using their name. An applicant can pay in the bank, through a bank app, or via POS. If using a bank app or POS, include the candidate’s name and the program in the narration/remark.

Applicants are required to screenshot and print their bank transaction receipt (not the alert/text message). Upload the bank teller or transaction receipt online and bring it to the examination hall.
