College of Nursing Sciences Adazi-Nnukwu 2024/2025 Basic Midwifery form is on sale at the College online portal. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply before the deadline.

Basic Midwifery Requirements 2024/2025

  • Candidates must have at least five credits in no more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. These credits can be from WAEC, NECO, and/or NABTEB.
  • Combinations of WAEC/WAEC, NECO/NECO, or WAEC/NECO are acceptable.
  • NABTEB cannot be combined with WAEC, NECO, or another NABTEB. If a candidate uses NABTEB, they must have all five required credits in it.
  • An original WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB certificate or a computer printout is required. Awaiting results are not accepted.
  • Candidates must provide a testimonial from the school where they obtained their WAEC/NECO.
  • A birth certificate from the National Population Commission, a government hospital, or a declaration of age from a court.

Adazi-Nnukwu Midwifery Method of Application

Candidates should visit https://www.consa.edu.ng/apply_process.php to apply and pay a non-refundable fee as indicated on the application form into the school’s bank account:

Ensure the payment is made using the candidate’s name and indicate the programme you are applying for (e.g., ND Nursing, Basic Midwifery, Post-Basic Nursing).

Candidates can make the payment at the bank, via their bank app, or using a POS machine. When paying through a bank app or POS, include the candidate’s name and programme in the narration or remark. Those using a bank app must screenshot and print the transaction receipt, not the alert or text message.
