Fatima College of Nursing Sciences, FACONS, Sifawa, Sokoto State admission is ongoing for the 2024/2025 academic session into the General Nursing Programme, School of Nursing, School of Midwifery, Post Basic Nursing, and Post Basic Midwifery.
The sale of admission forms starts in August, 2024 and ends in September, 2024.
FACONS Sifawa Admission Requirements 2024/2025
- A minimum of five O’level Credits including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than Two (2) sittings (WAEC, SSCE, NECO and or NABTEB)
- General Nursing candidates must possess Senior Secondary School Certificate and Testimonial
- Candidate should have a satisfactory JAMB UTME score (ND/HND Nursing and Midwifery)
Method of Application
Interested candidates should visit the Fatima College of Nursing Sciences portal at https://form.facnams.net and click on Apply.
Candidates can also visit FACONS at No. 4 Birnin Kebbi Road, Sifawa, Bodinga LG, Sokoto State and obtain the application form. The applicant will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee of N10,300.
There will be Entrance Examination for the candidates on Saturday, September, 2024. The Exam will be followed by Interview/Selection of candidates on Monday September, 2024 to Wednasday September, 2024.

FACONS, Sifawa admission list will be released in September, 2024, and candidates are to check their admission status on the portal using their Application Number.
