FUHSA Remedial Science Form 2024/2025

Federal University of Health Sciences Azare has announced the sales of form for Remedial Science Studies Programme. The general public is hereby informed to apply for the Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session. This is a Nine (9) Month Intensive Programme that will prepare candidates for equal competition with other applicants seeking admission into the University and other universities as approved by the Federal Government.

Available Programmes

The following programmes are available for study:

1. MBBS (Medicine & Surgery)
2. BDS (Dentistry)
3. B.NSC (Nursing Science)
4. B.Sc. Nutrition & Dietetics
5. B.Sc. Radiography
6. B.Sc. Audiology
7. B.Sc. Physiotherapy
8. B.Sc. Environmental Health
9. Doctor of Optometry
10. B.Sc. Epidemiology & Biostatistics
11. B.Sc. Information Technology & Health Informatics

Entry Requirements

• Applicants must have at least three (3) credit passes in their O’ Level results (WAEC or NECO). This must include English Language and any two science subjects from Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, all at one sitting.
• Candidates must register for the 2025 JAMB (UTME) and obtain the required score.
• Candidates must also pass any deficient SSCE or NECO subjects at credit level.
• Applicants awaiting O’ Level results are also eligible to apply.

Method of Application

1. Visit www.fuhsa.edu.ng and locate the Remedial Programme under the Portals tab.
2. Create a profile and fill in your bio-data using a valid email address for communication.
3. Pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000). Payment can be made online or via RRR at any bank. Ensure payments are made through your profile.
4. Complete the application form and print it out for reference.
