Iyi-Enu School of Nursing 2024/2025 admission form is out for interested candidates. Iyi-Enu School of Nursing has announced that its admission form is now on sale. This school provides training for students to become qualified nurses following the standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. The school is staffed with qualified and experienced tutors who hold M.Sc., B.Sc., and HND in Nursing.
The Midwifery form, Post Basic Nursing form, and internship forms are still available for purchase.
Iyi-Enu School of Nursing Minimum Requirements 2024/2025
- Applicants must have five O’ Level Credits in no more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
- Candidates are required to use a coloured passport photo with any background.
Iyi-Enu School of Nursing Method of Application 2024/2025
Application forms are available at the School of Basic Midwifery, Iyi-Enu. Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee as indicated on the application form. Payment are to be made into any of the College accounts below.
For those who wish to pay through Akuchukwu Microfinance Bank located within the hospital school vicinity, the account name is Iyienu School of Nursing, and the account number is 0111000168.
Alternatively, candidates can pay through EcoBank at any branch nationwide. Payment can be made either by cash or transfer with evidence of payment or a bank app receipt. The account name for EcoBank is Iyienu School of Nursing, and the account number is 2182038360.
After making payment through Akuchukwu MFB, candidates should proceed to the account section of the school to change their teller into a receipt. For those who are far away and have paid through EcoBank, you should visit the School of Nursing to upload your receipt and complete your registration.
Candidates who are not able to visit the school in person should follow these steps: Go to https://portal2.iyienusonam.co.uk/jaxt.php?n=n to fill in the form and upload your teller. Alternatively, visit https://iyienusonam.co.uk, click on Application Form, then Submit Teller, and provide all the necessary information accurately.
After submitting the form, your PIN will be automatically generated and sent to your email within minutes or hours after confirmation of payment. Once you receive your PIN, candidate should go to https://portal2.iyienusonam.co.uk/jax_reg.php and enter the PIN exactly as it was sent to you to access your form.
Fill out the form carefully and provide all required information. Before submitting the form online, you need to create a username and password that is easy for you to remember.

Iyi-Enu School of Nursing Exam Date 2024/2025
After submitting the form, candidate should print out their exam slip. This slip will provide them with their exam number, exam date, and exam venue. Candidates can print their exam slip at https://portal2.iyienusonam.co.uk/jax_log.php. Please make sure to remember your username and password that you just created.
Keep your exam slip safe, as it is required for entry into the exam hall. If you lose your slip, there will be a charge for reprinting it if done within the school. The printed exam slip must be in colour. The text on the slip will be in black and white, while the passport photo must be coloured.
