School of Midwifery Mater Misericordiae Hospital admission 2024/2025 is ongoing. The School of Midwifery Mater Misericordiae Hospital, MMH is now selling forms for supplementary admission into the Basic Midwifery Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Midwifery Admission Requirements

  • Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
  • Applicants must have a senior secondary school certificate (SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, GCE) with five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology obtained in not more than two sittings.
  • Birth certificate or declaration of age.
  • Testimonial from the last school attended.
  • A letter from your parish priest or pastor.
  • Marriage certificate (if married).
  • Original and photocopies of all relevant documents to be presented during the interview.
  • Three recent passport photographs.
  • Baptismal card (this is very important).
  • One form of identification: PVC, NIN, International Passport, or Driver’s licence.

Method of Application

To obtain MMH Midwifery form, candidates are to make a non-refundable payment of N15,000 into the following account:

Applicants should visit the school with their payment receipt to exchange their bank teller for a school receipt and to collect the entrance form. Completed forms must be returned to the school on or before the indicated date for 2024.

The entrance examination subjects are Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

MMH Examination and Interview Date 2024

The date of exam/interview for 2024 is indicated on the application form. Candidates must bring their original payment receipt on the day of the exam.

Only candidates who meet the entry requirements and pass the entrance examination will proceed to the interview.
