The Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC), Osun has announced admission into the School of Nursing, Post Basic Midwifery and Perioperative Nursing for 2024/2025 academic session.
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following Nursing Programmes of the OAUTHC Ile-Ife and Ilesa:
National Diploma (ND/HND)in Nursing
Post Basic Midwifery Programme
Post Basic Perioperative Nursing
OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences Admission Requirements 2024/2025
- Applicants must possess WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB with 5 credits (not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. NABTEB cannot be combined with other results.
- Applicants should be at least 16 years as of January, 2024.
- Applicants must have sat for the year 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum UTME score of 180.
- UTME subjects combination must include English language, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.
- Post Basic Midwifery and Post Basic Perioperative Nursing applicant must possess registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) as a Registered Nurse.
Method of Application
Interested applicants must have chosen either OAUTHC College of Nursing Science, Ife Hospital Unit, Ile-Ife or Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa as their first choice institution or are willing to change their institution to OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences, and have passed UTME with minimum score of 180.
All candidates must upload their O/Level results into the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) portal and choose either OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences, Ile-Ife or Wesley Gulid Hospital, Ilesa, Osun State as their first choice of institution.
Interested candidates should visit OAUTHC admission e-portal at https://oauthc.gov.ng, click on Apply Now and complete the application form. The applicant will have to upload scanned copies of birth certificate, O’level and UTME results.
Candidates will be required to pay Thirteen thousand naira (₦13,000.00) OAUTHC application fee during the registration to the College’s account through a generated REMITA. All registrations close Nov. 8th, 2024.
OAUTHC Osun Post-UTME Screening Exercise 2024/2025
Between 19th November, 2024 and 20th November, 2024.
Candidates must log into their account after the application and print out the screening schedule for their 2024 Post UTME screening at the scheduled date given on the printout form.
The Post UTME screening exercise is by Computer Based Test (CBT), and the 2024 screening date, venue, and centre are indicated on the Schedule printout.

After the screening exercise, candidates can log into their portal to check their admission status.
Successful candidates should note that after admission, they can be posted to either OAUTHC College of Nursing Science, Ife Hospital Unit, Ile-Ife OR Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa.
