Abia State Independent Electoral Commission (ABSIEC) has begun recruitment of ad-hoc staff for Abia LG elections. The Commission is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for various election roles.
These include Supervisory Presiding Officers (SPOs), Presiding Officers (POs), Assistant Presiding Officers (APOs), Poll Clerks (PCs), and Assistant Poll Clerks.

1. Applicants must not be a political party member.
2. Applicants must not have demonstrated or expressed support for any candidate or party.
3. Applicants must reside in the STATE selected.
Method of Application
Interested applicants are required to submit a hand-written application to the ABSIEC offices in their respective Local Government Areas (LGAs).
You are to address your application to the ABSIEC Chairman and submit the application before the deadline on October 8, 2024. Alongside your applications, you must provide two passport photographs, a photocopy of your staff identity card (where applicable), and curriculum vitae.
