The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) is inviting applications from qualified Nigerians to fill vacancies in various departments. Recruitment is ongoing, and interested applicants are encouraged to submit their applications through the NOGICJQS portal.

This recruitment exercise is part of the Board’s effort to promote local content in the oil and gas industry and strengthen Nigeria’s workforce with skilled and dedicated professionals.

NCDMB Recruitment Explained

Established in 2010 under the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act, the NCDMB aims to integrate oil-producing communities into the value chain of the oil and gas industry. Its key mandates include:

  • Promoting collaboration between institutions.
  • Maximising Nigerian participation in oil and gas activities.
  • Enhancing opportunities for skills acquisition and capacity building in the oil and gas sector.

The NOGICJQS portal serves as the official platform for recruitment and training opportunities in the industry.
