Application forms for De Potter CHT are out and available for the following Programmes:
General Admission Requirements 2024/2025
- (5) O/Level Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, at not more than Two (2) Sittings.
- Candidates with Awaiting Result can also apply.
- Candidates for ND Programmes will obtain UTME form and select De Petter College of Health Technology as first choice with minimum score of 100
Method of Application 2024/2025
Forms are available online and at De Potter College of Health Technology Admission Office. To apply online, the interested applicant should visit the De Potter CHT portal at https://depotterhealthtech.edu.ng and click on Apply Now.
The applicant will receive a message in their email, which contains the bank invoice number and the school’s bank account details for payment. The applicant should go to the bank and make a payment of N10,000 using the information on the invoice.
Once the payment is successful and verified, the applicant will receive a confirmation via their registered email within 24 hours of payment containing their login details to proceed with the application.
Entrance Exam
Candidates are expected to come for the Entrance Exam with their Acknowledgement slip and Screening Invitation slip, which contains the 2024 screening date and venue.
