FABOTAS College of Health Sciences and Technology, Ado Ekiti has announced admission form for sale for 2024/2025 academic session. The application fee is N10,000 only. Courses Available are ND in Community Health Extension workers(CHEW), ND and HND in Environmental Health Technician,ND/HND in Health Information Management, Medical Laboratory Technician, Pharmacy Technician and Dental Technician.
FABOTAS Programmes and Requirements

| Community Health Extension Worker (3 years) | a) Holder of WASCE, SSCE, NECO, or GCE O’level with 5 credits at not more than one sitting, including English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. b) Junior Community Health Extension Workers (JCHEW) with 2 years post-qualification experience, registered with CHPRBN, and possess a valid practice license. c) Credit in English, Mathematics, and Biology plus two other subjects in WASCE/GCE or NECO at not more than two sittings. |
| Health Information Management ND/HND (2 years each) | For Professional Diploma and National Diploma: Five credits passes in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from SSCE/NECO, WAEC, or NABTEB at not more than two sittings. For Higher National Diploma: Same as for Professional Diploma and National Diploma; must possess professional diploma or national diploma license and board result. |
| Health Assistant Medical (Part-time) | Duration: One academic session. |
| Health Technician (Part-time/Full-time) | i) Candidates with HAM certificate: one academic session full-time; ii) Candidates without HAM certificate but with five (5) credits in O’level: two (2) academic sessions. |
| Medical Laboratory Technician | At least O’level 5 credit passes including English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in not more than two (2) sittings over 10 years. |
| Pharmacy Technician (3 years) | At least five (5) credits, including English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in GCE, WAEC, SSCE, NECO, or NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings. |

Entrance Exam
The entrance examination is scheduled for May 18, 2024 at the FABOTAS College of Health Sciences and Tech CBT Centre.
