FRIN Recruitment Requirements
To be eligible for FRIN recruitment in 2024, you must meet the following academic and professional requirements:
- Applicants must possess the following academic qualifications, including an HND, Bachelor’s, OND, or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Applicants must have excellent communication skills
- Applicants must be Nigerian citizens
- Applicants must NOT have any criminal records
- Must not be older than 35 years at the time of application
- School certificates must be at least five credits in GCE, WAEC, or NECO, including English, in no more than two sittings
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary
- Candidates must be eager to learn new skills and be flexible enough to work in different settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and other relevant software
Depending on the position candidates are applying for, they might be required to have between 2 and 10 years of experience. Some positions require no experience at all. Some positions also require experience working with government, civil society, the private sector, international organizations, and donors.

- Click on APPLY. You’ll be redirected to www.frin.ng where the job application form is hosted
- Upload typewritten copies of your Curriculum Vitae, which must include your telephone numbers and email addresses
- Find three referees to send character/professional reports on you to the Institute, marked “confidential,” not later than four weeks from the date of publication of this job vacancy (not all positions require referees or guarantors)
- Scan and upload all required documents to avoid rejection
- Click on Submit to complete your FRIN application
- Print out your registration form because you’ll need it for the interview stage
