JAFAD College OF Nursing Science Admission Form

Jala Jalaaluka For Ahad College of Nursing Science (JAFADCONS) Oru-Ijebu has announced that the admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session is out. This is a notification for all candidates interested in studying at Sacred Heart College of Nursing Sciences this session. The College is pleased to announce the 2024/2025 screening exercise for JAFAD Basic Nursing programme.

JAFAD College OF Nursing Science Requirements for Admission 2024/2025

  • Applicant must possess O’Level certificate in either WAEC/NECO, with at least 5 credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than two sittings.
  • Must be 16 years old and above.

Method of Application

Interested applicants should visit the JAFAD College OF Nursing Science admission portal at https://jafadcons.com, click on Apply Now, and create an account with a valid email and phone number. The applicant will then proceed to make the application fee payment on the portal.

Candidates can also obtain application forms at the campus of Jafad College of Nursing Science, Oru-Ijebu Ogun-State or pick them up at any branch of WEMA Bank.

Candidates are to attend the Entrance Examination in person with their:

  • Originals of relevant credentials O’ level or A’ Level results
  • Application Slip
  • Photocopies of all results presented will be submitted at the center
  • Photocopy of indigene letter
  • Certificate of birth/declaration of age

Candidates will be notified of the date, time and venue of screening. The portal for the 2024 academic session is open for registrations on the specified date on the admission form. The 2024 closing date for registration is indicated on the notification slip.
