- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution
- Be under 50 years of age
- Possess an NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
- Candidates with Master’s or Ph.D. degrees are also eligible
- Be willing to work in any part of Jigawa State
- Have five O’ Level Credit Passes, including Mathematics and English, in no more than two sittings
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and computer literacy are added advantages
- Holders of HND with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) are eligible
- Candidates with research skills and digital learning support are encouraged to apply
