- OND, HND, BA/B.Sc., B.Ed, LLB, M.Sc., or M. Tech, MBBS, B. Tech, plus PGDE with TRCN from any institution
- Applicants must be Nigerian citizens
- Applicants must be 18 to 45 years old (the age limit depends on the position candidates are applying for)
- For some positions, applicants are required to have some years of relevant experiences
- At least a 2nd Class Degree from a reputable university. BSc, HND, ND, or equivalent are accepted
- A minimum of SSCE (WAEC, NECO, GCE, or equivalent) with at least two sittings, including a credit in English and Mathematics
- NYSC Discharge Certificate or exemption certificate
- Applicants with computer literacy have an added advantage
- Applicants must have proficiency in the English language
