The Deputy Governor of Benue State, Dr. Sam Ode, visited the National Lottery Trust Fund (NLTF) in Abuja, aiming to discuss a promising partnership for community welfare in Benue. Comrade Tosin Adeyanju, Executive Secretary and CEO of NLTF, welcomed Dr. Ode and the potential collaboration for community improvement was discussed.
The visit highlighted the recent unveiling of the NLTF Four-Year Strategic Plan by President Bola Tinubu, designed as a roadmap to reach the most vulnerable communities across Nigeria. Adeyanju emphasized that the plan aligns with NLTF’s mission to direct lottery funds toward transformative projects that uplift the lives of those in need.
Dr. Ode expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, recognizing the potential benefits for Benue’s vulnerable residents. He commended NLTF’s commitment to fostering positive change, noting Adeyanju’s leadership in ensuring impactful community support nationwide.
Hon. Benita Shuluwa, Director General of Benue State’s Bureau for Entrepreneurship and Wealth Creation, accompanied Dr. Ode, underscoring the importance of such collaborations for Benue’s socio-economic growth.
