Oyo State SUBEB recruitment 2024—Oyo. The SUBEB recruitment form is now out in Oyo. The Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has begun accepting online applications for the 2024 recruitment exercise. Interested applicants can apply through the official OYO SUBEB recruitment website.
Oyo State School Board is inviting applications from all suitably qualified individuals to apply for jobs to fill the vacant teaching positions. The Oyo State Government expects candidates who are confident and also passionate about the teaching profession to apply for the vacancies before the deadline.
Oyo State SUBEB Recruitment Requirements 2024
To be recruited by OYO SUBEB, interested candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must be citizens of Nigeria
- Applicants must not be older than 35 at the time of application
- A minimum of five credits, including English and Mathematics, in SSCE, NECO, or GCE
- Must possess eligible academic qualifications such as NCE (holders must have a certificate from the Nigerian Teachers Registration Council)
- Candidates with B.Sc. and HND who possess an NYSC certificate or discharge certificate are also invited to apply
- Applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic computer applications is an added advantage
- A valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license, national identity card, international passport, voter card, or national identification number, must be carried by all applicants.
- All applicants must be in good physical and mental health
- Applicants must have a clean criminal record
- A fully completed and signed State of Origin Certificate and a birth certificate or age verification document are required

Candidates are to follow these steps to apply successfully:
- Visit the official Oyo SUBEB recruitment portal https://jobportal.oyostate.gov.ng/
- Register an account with your information
- Fill out the application form with your full name, permanent residence, local government of origin, email address, phone number, academic qualifications, institutions attended, course of study, date of birth, state of origin, nationality, and marital status
- Upload the required documents and academic qualifications
- Print out the registration slip
Please note that any documents or academic qualifications submitted during the registration are the exact ones such candidates will be required to submit during the exam and interview. The next stage after the registration will be a computer-based test (CBT). The date, venue, and time for each candidate will be sent to them via email and phone.
Only those selected for further consideration will be invited to the next stage. The day and time for this stage will be communicated via email.
