PFMO agency has been commissioned by a client to recruit Performance and Financial Management Officers (PFMOs) in all locations across Nigeria. The officers will support the ongoing reforms in Primary Healthcare (PHC) service delivery.
Work Responsibilities
- Track the receipt of fund disbursements to the PHC
- Monitor and report ineligible expenditures, including adherence to cash withdrawal limits
- Verify that reported income and expenses reflect the realities on ground
- Support the implementation of corrective actions based on performance and financial audits
- Monitor and report on targeted interventions at PHCs
- Collect data to update the PHC database (HRH, equipment, services delivered)
- Form an opinion on reported utilization data and client traffic
Eligibility Requirements
- BSc/HND in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data collection, and analysis tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Experience managing health programs in government or non-governmental organizations is an added advantage
- Must be between 25 – 45 years old
