The School of Health Information Management, Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (SHIM OAUTHC) Ile-Ife 2024/2025 admission form is out. Admission is ongoing into the following programmes:
Higher National Diploma
National Diploma
Professional Diploma
School of Health Information Management OAUTHC Requirements 2024/2025
- HND applicants need ND and one year of experience.
- ND applicants just have JAMB and SSCE including English and Maths (in not more than two sittings)
- Professional Diploma applicants must have SSCE including English and Mathematics (in not more than two sittings)
Method of Application
Interested Candidates are to pay an application fee to access the form for any of the programmes through the SHIM OAUTHC portal at https://oauthc.gov.ng. OAUTHC 2024 application fee is indicated on the admission portal notification. The payment is to be made through REMITA.
Application fees are N2,000 for ND and N8,000 for HND programmes.
Interested candidates can also obtain the form physically at the School of Health Information Management, OAUTHC. The Deadline for applications is 27th August, 2024.

The applicant will then go to the OAUTHC School of Nursing admission portal and register. After approval, the candidate can log in again and download the Acknowledgment Slip.
Eligible candidates will be notified by the School about their admission status. Only qualified applicants will be invited for an interview.
