Taraba State Teachers Recruitment Requirements 2024

  • All applicants must be Nigerian citizens
  • Candidates must possess SSCE such as WAEC, NECO, GCE, or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field from a recognized institution
  • Applicants must have a teaching certification from a recognized professional body, such as the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN)
  • Candidates ages must be between 22 and 40 years old
  • Candidates must be physically and mentally fit to teach
  • Applicants must NOT have any criminal records
  • Applicants must demonstrate good character
  • Applicants must be proficient in basic computer skills and be able to use technology for teaching purposes
  • Candidates must have excellent knowledge of the subject(s) they wish to teach
  • Applicants must have good communication skills and be proficient in spoken and written English
  • Previous teaching experience is an added advantage (not mandatory)

How to Apply for Taraba State Teachers Recruitment 2024

The application for the Taraba State Teachers Recruitment 2024 is now open. To apply, candidates must follow the verified steps below:

  • Visit the official Taraba State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) portal at https://tarabastate.gov.ng/
  • Click on the application form
  • If not seen, scroll down and click on Application Profile and Create your personal
  • Log into your profile
  • Click on the teachers recruitment form
  • Fill out the form with your personal information. The form is intended for those who are interested in teaching positions in secondary schools across Taraba State
  • Upload scanned copies of your credentials and other necessary documents
  • Click on Submit
  • Print out the application confirmation slip. You will need this slip during other stages of the recruitment process

After submitting your application, you will need to wait for further instructions and updates from the recruitment agency. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stages of the recruitment process. All applications must be submitted through the official portal only, which is tarabastate.gov.ng. Any application submitted through other platforms or means will not be considered. Candidates are to note that the documents and qualifications they submit during the registration will be required during the screening and interview. Therefore, any documents or qualifications that are submitted other than the uploaded ones will not be accepted. Multiple applications are not allowed.
